Countdown to a Home is Complete. [UPDATED] We got keys and we are now closed! CELEBRATION NOW IN PROGRESS!
Answered prayers! We got the approval from the city inspector and COO has been granted. Our records are being released to the county and we're closing today! Keys are happening today. YEAHHHHHH!! I really had a hard time believing until the last few weeks. Probably after the financing was approved and we got locked in for our mortgage. THAT point I think I started believing in this miracle. Til then it was just a dream.
Buying a new home can be a source of frustration and stress and also be a very rewarding experience. Building a new home - even more so. If this is not your first home, you at least go into the process with a bit of preparation for what lies ahead. I will be discussing more about this in future posts.
