Fill My Cup to Overflowing Lord!

I saw a wonderful post on Facebook this morning and will share it with you too. It's about sacrificial giving by stepping in the gap to help others. I was feeling sad that I don't have the time do as much as I would like to help the homeless and hungry.  We probably do more than we think we do. I do what I can for others but It takes stepping out of our comfort zone sometimes and it means yielding our convenience to others' needs. And it's tough when we already feel like our resources are tapped out (money, time, energy etc).  This is where God's grace comes in. He helps us fill the gaps we are unable to on our own.  We just have to have the faith to step in and ask God to use us and help us finish the task by sending helpers. I loved this post because It reminded me that although I am stretched so very thin, God will always fill my cup to overflow it on others as long as I am willing to take the first step.
